Congratulations to Star City Superintendent Jordan Frizzell for being selected Administrator of the Year by the Arkansas Art Educators. He will be presented this award at the AAE Conference held at the Wyndham Riverfront in North Little Rock on November 2 at 6 pm. #BeTheBest
