Below is a graphic explaining the USDA standard for a complete meal to be served in school cafeterias. Students at each campus are offered fresh fruit and vegetables along with the standard meal.
Students at SCMS/SCHS are allowed to create their tray with choices provided as long as those choices meet the USDA standards. Some students do not always choose to get everything that is offered, but should always have the minimum requirements per meal. SCMS/SCHS students are also encouraged to visit the fresh salad bar to create an additional side for their meal at no extra cost!
