Congratulations to the 17 Star City students below for placing at the 2019 Arkansas Art Educators Southeast Regional Art Show. The show is on display now at the University of Arkansas-Monticello Fine Arts Center Spencer Gallery. An awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 17 at 2 pm.
