Drew County Fairgrounds in Monticello will be hosting an Arkansas High School & Jr High Rodeo this weekend November 2 & 3. Students from all over the state will be competing. The Arkansas Welding Academy spoke to SCHS students today about a future career in welding. Students were given the opportunity to attempt a weld using a welding simulator. #bethebest
Yesterday, Star City ABC Preschool hosted a special guest from C&L Electric Company as part of our Community Helpers unit. Mr. Jacob Owen, one of our esteemed parents, delivered an exceptional presentation on electrical safety and the significance of his profession. The students and staff were captivated throughout the entire session, with many expressing an interest in pursuing a career in the electrical field. Thank you, Mr. Owen.
