Middle School students tried our featured ROOT vegetable today: Roasted Parsnips. Parsnips are similar to a carrot and they are an excellent source of fiber and potassium, which make them very heart healthy! The students took so much that we ran out before High School lunch, but we will make more tomorrow so that High School can try them as well! #WhateverItTakes
