Due to flooding and hazardous road conditions the Star City School District will be altering some bus routes this morning. Buses will not pick up on the listed roads and will instead be at their pickup point at the following time:
Clearfield, Dayton - Pickup at Hwy 11 by Cotton Gin at 6:45
Joyner, Joel, James - Pick up at Palmyra church at 7:00
Freeline - Pick up at the tracks at 6:15
Landmark off of Lancaster - Pick up at Holly Springs church at 7:00
If bus route modifications cause a student not to be picked up by the bus and parents are unable to bring their child to school or to the pickup point safely, we ask the parents to please contact the school. If a student is absent due to any bus route modifications, it will be an excused absence. Safety is our top priority. #WhateverItTakes
